Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • A minimum advance of 50% of the total package amount is required to confirm the booking.

  • Full payment must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date.

  • Payments can be made via cash, cheque, bank transfer, or UPI.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation 30 days prior to the event: 75% refund of advance.

  • Cancellation 15–29 days prior: 50% refund of advance.

  • Cancellation within 14 days of the event: No refund.

3. Event Timings

  • Event duration is fixed as per the chosen package. Any extension is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

  • Loud music/DJ should not continue beyond 10 PM, as per local authority regulations.

4. Property Rules

  • Use of fireworks/crackers is prohibited, unless prior written permission is granted.

  • Damage to property, decor, or hotel items will be charged at actual cost.

  • Outside food or catering is allowed only if agreed upon during booking.

5. Decor & Vendors

  • Clients may hire their own decorators and vendors with prior approval.

  • In-house decoration services are available at additional cost.

  • No nails, screws, or adhesives allowed on walls, floors, or furniture.

6. Accommodation

  • Rooms will be allotted as per the package and availability.

  • Check-in/check-out times must be followed unless approved by management.

7. Liability

  • The management is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

  • The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests during the event.

8. Compliance

  • The client agrees to comply with all local laws and regulations.

  • Management reserves the right to cancel or stop the event in case of unlawful activities or misconduct.
